Receptionist needed in Birmingham £9.30ph ref 343516

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Receptionist role working on site Start ASAP • Monday – Friday, 8.45-5.15

We are currently looking for two receptionists to work, meeting and greeting individuals within their Contact and conference centres.

You will be based across three sites: • B9 4NA, • B9 4NG • B32 2NL

You will have your rota a month in advance and be on one site for the full day.

Day to day Duties:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Confirming appointments on the system
• Giving out PPE to guests
• Asking all relevant Covid-19 questions to ensure the safety of the site
• Admin duties – Uploading files on to internal systems
• Emailing facilities with any repairs
