Full time hours on a temporary basis  

• Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
  • Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims.
  • Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
  • Value completed work and arrange payments.
  • Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

  Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
