Property Support Assistant needed in Nottingham £10.39ph ref 88360

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

• To progress chase on a range of matters to ensure colleagues achieve Corporate, Departmental and external deadlines.
• To manage casework and liaise with immediate colleagues where required.
• To organise, maintain and develop Information Systems.
• To communicate with internal and external customers face to face, in writing and over the telephone adhering to the Strategic Assets and Property standards.
• To provide advice and information to colleagues and customers on Strategic Assets and Property support processes.
• To attend meetings when required, preparing case notes and other documents to support Directorate colleagues.
• Assist with identifying areas for improvement by continuous monitoring and evaluation of processes and procedures.
