Property Strategy Manager Full Time Temporary

Property Strategy Manager needed in Manchester at £50 per hr PAYE – Reference: 0006 1022 / 1

This role will involve:

• To manage the Property Strategy Team on an interim basis, initially for a period of 6 months. 

Ideally be able to – 

• communicate with service teams and translate their needs into both property and estate support service needs.
• manage and develop team.
• balance commercial agendas with front line service delivery
• demonstrate ability to manage teams and projects in both office settings and working remotely with partner organisations as well as own.
• managing  budgets
• RICS qualified i.e.  FRICS/MRICS.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
