Property Management Support Assistant needed in Bootle paying £13.84 per hr PAYE Ref: 475698
This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
- The successful Candidate will be required to update the property records in relation to recent property transactions such as (but not exclusively) disposals, rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, licences to assign and sublet etc.
- You will accurately move records and important documents between systems and be able to work independently and with guidance make decisions about where the information is to be stored.
- A property background is not essential, however it would be extremely advantageous and desirable.
