Full time hours on a temporary basis  

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to join our Corporate and Property team. The successful candidate will advise on general property matters and support our regeneration programme. This role is non-contentious and focuses on completing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on general property matters.
• Support the regeneration programme by clearing transactions.
• Ensure timely completion of property transactions.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Qualified property lawyer with experience in non-contentious property law.
• Strong understanding of property transactions and related legal processes.
