Property Asset Officer Part Time Temporary

Property Asset Officer needed in Newbury £19.98 per hr PAYE – Reference: 5204220

This role will involve:

Asset management professional to work in our Property Services team on a part time (18½ hours per week), to project manage and carry out detailed scrutiny of the operational estate, through the formation of Operational Services Asset Management Plans, analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of the estate (including financial), and conducting ‘asset challenges’ for individual assets. The role will also assist the Property Services Manager in developing the transition of the estate from a ‘devolved’ structure to a ‘Corporate Landlord’ structure.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
