Project Manager needed in Bristol £356per day ref 5254218

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

1. Delivering agreed, improved and documented pathway and process for young people to transition through to adult services. This will improve timeliness of transition preparation for young people, and should support and complement other social work and educational activity merging goals and embedding the four pillars of the Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) principles into young person’s active plans. Further evaluation will be given to the process strengths highlighted in review with other local authorities, to understand value, benefits and costs of change in Bristol.
