Project Coordinator Contract Full Time

Project Coordinator based in Westminster and the hourly rate is £17.52 per hr

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

• Co-ordinating and administering meetings, workshops and events as directed by the project team including organising venues and any set up requirements and materials needed;
• Scheduling regular and ad hoc meetings and keeping on top of actions with the team (eg through use of Microsoft Planner)
• Prepare or assist the team with the creation and or circulation of documentation to internal teams, partners and key stakeholders as directed;
• Manage and maintain accurate contact lists and group emails to ensure communications are directed to the right audiences;
• Act as a point of contact and support the team as directed
• Assist in the organising and planning of events
• Monitor the IT Review Team Mailbox for incoming enquiries ensuring questions are directed to team members to answer, holding responses are given and that final responses are provided promptly on the team’s behalf to the sender
