Able to proactively plan and work on own initiative and work under pressure to tight timescales and to adapt to changing circumstances
Able to provide in-depth policy analysis and advice.
Minute-writing abilities.
Ideally able to speak Ukranian
Communication skills, able to communicate and debate complex issues clearly and simply with a wide range of expert and non-expert stakeholders and audiences.
