Our client is looking for a Programme Support Officer. To effectively deliver a high standard service in a customer-focused contact centre environment ensuring that day to day tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will assist in providing effective performance information for a children’s service team. They will provide Business Support, Administration and Project Support to help implement a service redesign programme.
