Programme Support Officer Part Time Temporary

Programme Support Officer needed in London £16.29 per hr PAYE – Reference: 471875

This role will involve:

• To organise and support the delivery of programme meetings either virtually through digital video calls or face to face, webinars, workshops and events — including setting dates booking venues and refreshments, liaising with external attendees, promoting the events.
• Assist with the production of any relevant material including agendas, distributing papers and recording attendances. When required, to attend and take minutes or notes and follow up on action points.
• Liaise with the Director of Public Health and partner PA’s to plan and schedule annual partner meetings in agreement with Head of Programme.
• Maintain and circulate Director meeting trackers.
• Actively and efficiently monitor and prioritise incoming mail to the network shared mailbox, ensuring confidentiality of information, responding to queries, and drafting responses as appropriate and forwarding items for the attention of the Head of Programme and/or the team.
• Support the team in managing key meetings. Coordinate network meeting dates, agenda setting calls, dates in calendars, sending emails and resources to the network and managing the distribution list.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
