Programme and Project Management Officer Based in Liverpool and the salary is £18.51 ph PAYE

This role will involve:
- Manage several complex programmes and projects to help deliver the corporate strategy in line with the City Plan, Recovery Plan or Improvement Plan. Organise a complex workload with conflicting priorities.
- Ensure programmes and projects are delivered to time, scope and budget by following and championing the client’s programme and project management approaches, applying best practice methodology. Ensure all programme and project staff and teams do the same.
- Write and agree Blueprints and Business Cases identifying the benefits of change, and take these through the appropriate governance processes.
- Define and agree programme and project scope, objectives, critical success factors, deliverables, milestones and governance with SROs.
- Prepare high level/detailed plans covering programme/constituent project activities and keep these up-to-date throughout the programme/project lifecycle.
- Estimate staff resources and skills required for delivery of constituent projects and organise the allocation of the appropriate resources at the correct point within the project timeline.
