Procurement Business Partner – Property Asset Management needed in Southampton £21ph ref 5204013

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis.

Overview of job description

To support a short-term programme of projects relating to the Hard FM working with the Property Procurement Business Partner to support stakeholders with compressed timescales. You will have experience working within Procurement across Hard FM, within a large organisation (ideally within the Public Sector). You will have strong knowledge of Public Sector Procurement (including PCR 2015). You will have experience Open and Restricted procedures and experience with using third party frameworks. You will be a pragmatic, influential and well-communicated Procurement Professional with strong project management, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

Personal Specification

• MCIPS preferable
• Hard FM supply chain knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Public Procurement legislation (PCR 2015, etc)
• A pragmatic and self-motivated individual with strong relationship building, negotiating and influencing skills which are able to win difficult stakeholders
• Relevant experience as a professional expert in a large complex organisation with expert knowledge in the specialist field.
• Experience of working in a corporate procurement environment, ideally with experience in Hard FM
• Demonstrable experience of leading procurement projects and strategic sourcing activities in the Hard FM category delivering cost savings and efficiencies
