Private Sector Procurement Officer Full Time Temporary

Private Sector Procurement Officer needed in West London paying £17.99 per hr PAYE Ref: 5159995

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• To research and identify new opportunities for increasing the supply of private rented sector accommodation.
• To keep up to date and accurate information on how the housing market is developing and how supply is meeting demand.
• To actively procure private sector accommodation.
• To establish and maintain effective on-going relationships with landlords and letting agents.
• To oversee the management of supplier contracts and their performance.
• To encourage and develop good management and property standards as part of a Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
• To negotiate and maintain good working relationships with Environmental Health, Housing Benefit and Finance Officers and external organisations.
• To maintain a database of properties, landlords and tenants.
• To record all financial transactions for audit purposes in relation to any housing schemes.
• To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.
