Private sector Enforcement and regulation manager needed in South West London £40.12ph ref 418019

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

The team – deal with private sector housing – high rise compliance, public health (drains, pests, refuse, etc., empty homes, HMO licensing, requests for service, etc.

Role – assist with the management of the team in terms of one to ones, HR matters, performance management, enforcement, built environment, criminal investigations, licensing, etc.

Desirable qualities – experienced manager/supervisor of private sector housing enforcement and licensing. Ideally an established manager, with significant people skills and communication skills. Political awareness and Local authority experience
