Principle Building Control Surveyor needed in Bedfordshire

The salary is £50,085.00

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Building Control processes and experience working in a building control service.

They will work involves managing a range of building control duties to deal with varied projects in urban and rural locations around the Council area.

We offer a hybrid working environment with a blend of local office hubs, site work and home working. This role will work closely with colleagues, team members, our regulatory partners and our applicants and deals with regulatory compliance, enforcement, and all aspects of Building Regulations.
