Positive Action Outreach Officer needed in Cwmbran, £15.96 – 16.99ph PAYE – Reference: 363288
The role purpose is to identify and increase opportunities for the recruitment, retention and progression of people from under-represented and/or minority communities, including fluent Welsh speakers.
You will work within to the team to develop and implement a range of positive action initiatives and processes according to need, for example, open evenings, mentoring schemes, awareness sessions and deliver inputs at these sessions.
Please note – This role includes some weekend and evening work at positive action events.
Level 4 or above Welsh speaking is desirable for this post.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
