Planning Project Manager needed in Bristol

The rate is £55.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need to be experienced at dealing with complex large scale planning applications, to be part of our team working on the proposed expansion of a large scale development.

The successful candidate will provide support to the lead planning officer at all stages of the project and be able to deputise for them as required and will be the case officer for an expected separate application extension.

They will need to be educated to a degree in Town and Country Planning and be a membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or approved professional qualification relevant to the area of work.
