Planning Officer needed in Lewisham

The pay rate is £18.28ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need to be a qualified planner for entry level opportunity within a Development Management Team, there is an opportunity for progress for the right candidates. 

Hybrid working role: must be able to work from the office every Tuesday and Wednesday. Can work remotely other days but can also work in the office if the candidate prefers.

They will manage and process all planning applications and other related development control work.  To ensure that development is in accordance with current planning legislation, the planning policies and sound planning principles, provide planning information and advice, including Pre-application advice and to assist with technical validation, registering and consultation on planning applications as required.
