Placement Support Worker needed in Barnsley

The rate is £15.17ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work within a Childrens Commissioning function, working as part of the placements team in identifying and maintaining suitable placements for children and young people coming into the care of the local authority.

They will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including Social Care and Health colleagues, providers of residential children’s homes, fostering and 16 semi-independent accommodation.
