Personal assistant needed in London £18ph ref 5172516

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

To act as the Departmental assistant to the Directors of Leisure and Environment, ensuring there is sufficient and suitable professional support and assistance and that their needs are effectively met and managed.

To provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to the Directors.

To ensure that arrangements, agendas and papers for meeting and briefings are accurate, prepared in a timely manner and are effectively communicated and managed, and that suitable systems are in place.
