Personal Assistant needed in Slough paying £12.22 per hr PAYE Ref: 411032
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Dealing with all incoming calls, emails and post
Manage and arrange electronic diary, arrange meetings, meeting rooms and refreshments (if required)
Prepare papers for meetings – hard copies and electronic – collating and formatting reports as necessary.
Undertake all clerical/typing duties – sensitive/confidential – tight deadlines
Undertake research e.g. internally to the organisation and externally.
Collating statistical information and data.
