Payroll Implementation Manager Full Time Temporary

Payroll Implementation Manager needed in Bournemouth £26.44 ph PAYE – Reference:5188830

This role will involve:

• Liaise with HRBPs and Service Unit leads to evaluate the impact and cascade changes to payroll or pension schemes, identifying business requirements aligned to the strategic and divisional priorities and evaluate payroll and pension service provision.
• Lead and manage operational HR teams, ensuring resources are allocated to meet planned, reactive work and achieve KPIs to defined standards, timescales, and budgets.
• Undertake regular review of policies and processes to ensure they are legislatively and/or scheme compliant, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Provide professional advice and act as point of contact for resolution of complex enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the definition and cascade of communication and guidance associated with pension changes to ensure that service users receive appropriate and timely information.
• Work with stakeholders across the client to communicate and support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement.

Ideally candidates will have:

• Relevant HR or business qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full CIPD membership.
• Knowledge of legislation and best practice associated with payroll and pensions.
• Experience of managing a payroll and/or pensions team within a public facing environment.
• Experience of using ICT packages such as Word and Excel and relevant specialist HR systems.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
