Payroll & Employee Services Senior Officer Full Time Temporary

Payroll & Employee Services Senior Officer needed in Mole Valley £17.00 ph ref:12673

This role will involve:

• Process Payroll transactions, using SAP where appropriate, to agreed standards and targets.
• Create, maintain and process documentation, records and data to agreed procedures and standards.
• Receives and resolves queries from employees/ managers and/or external individuals/bodies, as referred by 1st Line Support.
• Receive and resolve queries from a senior member of the team, which may include liaison with internal and external customers within set guidelines and parameters, to ensure the smooth operation of the process.
• Assist with project work related to specialist area with guidance from Team Leader.
• Assist Officers with transactional work when required.
• Contribute to and recommend changes and improvements to develop the level of service provided by the team to the services
• Ensure consistency and integrity of data is maintained both within SAP and other supporting systems.

Ideally candidates will have:

• High level of computer literacy, using email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a transactional environment
