Part time receptionist needed in Oxford £11.98ph ref 5170845

This role is working 18.5 hours the working pattern required is Monday and Tuesday 8.30 am – 5 pm and Wednesday 8.30  am 12 noon.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS Check with Children’s barred due to the tasks required of this role.

As part of this role you will be managing the reception of The Children & Family Centre, you will need to demonstrate that you have experience within a similar role.

The ability to deal with a diverse range of customers, Children Social Care Service users and professionals

Ability to manage difficult situations

Manage the room bookings for the Centre

Support the Centre Manager with a range of Health and Safety tasks

Good ICT skills are essential, office experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook

You will access the children’s data base to support the team uploading information

Ability to multi task

Proactively support the team

Excellent customer service
