Parking penalty charge assistants needed in London £10.85ph ref 412695

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

We are seeking two experienced officers to undertake review of representations, primarily of CCTV cases, and prepare evidence packs for ETA and other associated tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of reviewing representations to CCTV Penalty Charge Notice in relation to various traffic contraventions
• Has a good knowledge of the Penalty Charge Notice recovery process laid down in legislation
• Has the ability to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for specific work areas

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• An attention to detail
• The ability to consider and prepare responses to representations
• The ability to prepare information for appeals to the Independent Adjudicator
• The ability to deal with, and respond to, complaints and enquiries.
• The confidence to be assertive with difficult customers in challenging circumstances
