Parking Customer Services Officer Full Time Temporary

Parking Customer Services Officer needed in Hammersmith £12.93 per hr PAYE – Reference: 5204290

This role will involve:

• Respond positively to enquiries and complaints made by customers in the call centre and occasionally by email ensuring that the best customer care practices are always adopted. Dealing with difficult customers in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
• Undertake telephone duties in the Call Centre giving accurate advice to customers on a wide range of parking issues, ensuring that all calls are responded to politely by giving the appropriate greeting including the post holder’s name.
• To ensure that the best use is made of manual and computer systems in place within the Department and Section. Identify and suggest enhancements to existing systems as means of improving efficiency.
• Working within the financial regulations and audit requirements, take credit and debit card payments for PCNs over the phone on occasion.
• Assist with the supervision and training of new and inexperienced staff, providing support and sharing knowledge when required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
