Painter and decorator needed in Wells £13.04ph ref 5173953

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

1. Undertake all associated painting and decorating skills in occupied or void properties within agreed timescales and to a high standard.

1. Liaise with merchants to obtain the correct materials to complete tasks.

1. Keep daily appointments as arranged to ensure works are carried out within target dates and report areas of concern to the Supervisor.

1. Respond to changing circumstances where necessary and re-evaluate workloads in order to address emergency situations.

1. Communicate with customers, keeping them informed of daily activities

1. Control use of materials and record usage.

1. The safe use of all tools, plant and materials having due regard for own safety & the safety of others in accordance with The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 including Asbestos Awareness.
