PA to Assistant Director Contract Full Time

PA to Assistant Director based in Lewes and the rate is £11.56 ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role

 This role will involve:

• Respond appropriately on behalf of Assistant Directors and Heads of Service in day to day contact with customers, all employees, and outside agencies.
• Be sufficiently conversant with the work of the Assistant Directors and their Division, to be able to assess relative priorities.
• Carry out Personal Assistant duties to the Assistant Directors as required, including maintaining diaries, filing, bring forward systems, arranging appointments, refreshments and coordinating meetings.
• Provide a high standard of accurately typed reports, correspondence and presentations.
• Organise, attend and service meetings as required by the Assistant Directors and ensuring decisions arising from the meetings are actioned.
• Minute taking
