Our client is looking for an Executive PA. To provide customer-focused, proactive, Executive PA support to the Leader of the division, Chief Executive or Executive Directors; organising and supporting the executive and political leadership of the council enabling them to effectively fulfil the requirements of their role.
The successful candidate will prioritise and provide proactive support, work closely with the Chief Executive, prepare key communications and take responsibility for all administrative aspects of the Chief Executive’s, Executive Director or Leader’s office; including diary management, email and inbox management, stakeholder management, travel arrangements, meetings arrangements and taking minutes
