PA needed in Truro £10.48ph ref 5208733

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Act as a key point of contact for service, liaising with all levels of internal & external partners and agencies as well as residents.

Confidentiality and diplomacy required in work approach.

Schedule and arrange travel and events as required.

Diary Management and e-mail support.

Meetings administration & minutes as required.

Admin to boards, meetings, groups and panels as required.

Project support admin.

Ability to work solely or as part of a team.

Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise.

Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
