Organisational Trainer/Assessor Full Time Temporary

Organisational Trainer/Assessor needed Lincoln paying £12.23 per hr PAYE Ref: 5166639

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to provide effective support and guidance to our Apprentices and Foundation Level Business Support Assistants as an Organisational Trainer/Assessor predominantly to deliver functional skills Maths at level 1 and 2 and some English at level 2. The role will be delivering training and assessment to a range of learners to a successful outcome. The role requires good planning and organisational skills to manage a caseload of learners across a geographical area The location is Lincoln and Countywide, so travel will be required although the majority of delivery will be working from home/remote delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification, and an appropriate qualification in Assessing and Verification. . This role will predominantly be delivered from home with some face to face delivery. Post holders will be required to have DBS clearance.
