This is a full time temporary contract role.

- Front of house duties
- Preparing and setting up committee rooms for meetings
- Supporting the smooth running of committee meetings and providing facilities management support
- Preparing refreshments
The core requirement is for someone to work Tuesday – Thursday, 5pm – 11pm. There are occasionally other meetings during the day that may additionally need to be covered on ad hoc basis, but with notice.
