A little more detail… You will have experience of leading large scale organisational change projects, ideally with NHS knowledge of terms and conditions and working closely with our Programme Management Office, be able to advise on all workforce considerations, commissioning in subject matter experts as may be required to support the organisational change process. If you are passionate about transforming health and care for the people of Trafford and have EPIC HR and organisational change experience then we want to hear from you!
