Our client is looking for a New Ways of Working Programme Manager. During the Covid pandemic over the past 15 months, staff have responded magnificently to the many challenges which they have faced – and almost every area has had to find ways to work differently. One of the biggest changes which happened on day one was the closure of most offices and work bases, with the staff based in those locations working from home.
To support these major changes to working locations, we have over the past 9 months rolled out Microsoft Teams and Office 365 to all staff in the organisation – so we now have a powerful technology platform which we can use to support and drive further improvement. With almost all of our previously office-based staff now working from home, and many of our internal and customer facing services operating quite differently, we want to maximise the opportunities which we have to redesign how we work, where we work and when we work.
One of the key areas that we want to push forward on as quickly as possible is the reconfiguration of our existing office spaces, and the preparation of a strategy that can help us to review the property requirements and portfolio in order to support our long term strategic aims.
With this in mind, we’re now looking to recruit an experienced programme manager to support in delivering a “New Ways of Working” programme. We’re looking for an experienced, talented and motivated individual to scope, set up and drive the development of a wide-ranging plan against ambitious timescales and targets. Our requirements include experience of:
Due to high volumes of CVs received we are not able to respond to all unsuccessful applications. You will always however hear from us by phone if we are able to take your CV forward to the next stage.
