New Homes Development Manager 1361681 Full Time Temporary
Manage a team of development, Principal Project Managers, Project Managers and Development Officers to deliver a portfolio of large-scale and complex new build projects with a value in the region of £750m.
To support the Heads of Service and the Director of Housing on service policy & strategy development.
Responsible to Heads of Service and the Director of Housing for achieving agreed performance outcomes and standards, which will be reviewed at least, on an annual basis.
To review each scheme and ensure there are adequate resources for effective delivery and risk mitigation. To report to the Heads of Service and take appropriate action to ensure that the project team has all the necessary skills and experience to deliver the respective scheme.
£342.88 per day PAYE OR £449 per day UMBRELLA
