New Home sales Customer care and quality exec needed in Croydon £15.04ph paye ref 0003 E857 / 1

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

The team deals with any issues where people have purchased a new home from, ether on outright sale or share ownership, and there is a post-sale defect. So much more than snagging, could be a serious issue such as a flood or gas leak, basically anything that is faulty with the property and not caused by the buyer’s action.

Therefore anyone who has worked in some form of property complaints role or repairs role, that can case manage, have a sense of urgency and also be empathetic with customers.

Candidates will ideally have experience of a CRM system.

3-6 month Wfh – no Covid risk assessment required

Candidates need to be immediately available or on notice period whereby they can start on 18.1.21
