Neighbourhood Services Coordinator needed in SW London

The rate is £22.36ph PAYE

The successful candidate will deliver outstanding services to residents and be the single point of contact for residents with all matters related to tenancy, anti-social behaviour and issues related to communal areas of their estate; to coordinate services involved with resolving enquiries and issues that arise on behalf of residents.

They will provide a joint up service and ensure that other services are part of a coordinated approach and will be responsible for housing management case work on a dedicated patch and ensure that as a neighbourhood officer, they are accessible to residents and other agencies/teams.

To attend estate inspections with the caretaking team and ensure that any issues identified are progressed to resolution. To track any issues that are reliant on other service areas until completion. To report back to residents and residents’ associations on the outcomes of estate inspections and the actions identified from these inspections.
