Neighbourhood Delivery Assistant (Library) based in Manchester and the rate is £9.78ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role is to deliver front line customer service within a Library, with staff working flexibly to help ensure that services can open to the public for the full range of opening hours – between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and in the daytime on Saturdays.

The main responsibility of these roles is to provide a high standard of customer care to all visitors. Neighbourhood Delivery Assistants (Libraries) provide customer support in finding information and books and in using ICT, also working with children and schools who visit libraries, with partner agencies and volunteers and in making our spaces accessible to all customers.
