Neighbourhood Assistant Contract Full Time

Neighbourhood Assistant based in Oldbury and the rate is £11.02ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

• Letting new tenancies
• Dealing with anti-social behaviour enquiries
  Estate inspections and management
• Undertaking home visits
• Identifying and supporting vulnerable tenants and residents
• Delivering a range of landlord functions
• Working with specialist teams to ensure that services are coordinated on a geographical patch within Oldbury.
