Multi Tradesperson needed in Nottingham

The rate is £12.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. They will undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.     

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
• Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
• Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales
• Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
• To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
• To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
• To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.
