Multi-trade fencer/Groundworker needed in Swindon £12.26ph ref 407785

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

Our Property Maintenance team is seeking a Fencer to help continue the delivery of the best possible service to our customers.

As a key member of our team you will be part of a team delivering fencing projects, the delivery of responsive repairs works to our housing stock and corporate buildings. We expect you to maintain the highest level in customer care. With an acute awareness of Health and Safety, you will endeavour to complete your duties with efficiency. In return, you will be rewarded with training for skill advancement and excellent prospects within the organisation. Preferably you will have experience of working within social housing and you will be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and customer service skills. We are happy to provide training for the right candidate to help them develop into the role. Candidates must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
