Monitoring Officer Contract Full Time

Monitoring Officer based in Bournemouth and the rate is £11.50 per hr

This is a full time temporary role, majority working from home with occasional office visits

This role will involve:

• Set up an easy to use and effective project monitoring system and input data for each project (budget, conditions, outcomes, outputs) using appropriate computer software.
• Working with all of the project’s partners, create effective monitoring systems to capture relevant data from outputs, outcomes and conditions.
• Prepare six monthly monitoring reports for the Towns Fund Delivery and Strategic Boards.
• Provide monthly budget reports for the programme manager to aid identification of under or overspend

Ideally candidates will have:

• A qualification in Book-keeping and/or accounting and/or project or financial management, such as a Level 2 Certificate in Bookeeping/ Accounting.
• Experience of managing budgets using financial software such as Excel, Xero, Sage etc.
• Practical experience of setting up and running monitoring systems for projects/ budgets and other initiatives
