Mobile Floater Caretaker needed in North London Paying £13.15 per hr Ref 0009 892C /1

Full time time on a temporary basis

We’re looking for a customer-focused and flexible Mobile Floater – Caretaker to ensure cleanliness and safety in communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and clean communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, litter picking, leaf clearance, and cleaning bin areas.

• Rotate bins to ensure refuse chutes are clear and bulk waste is prepared for uplift.

• Conduct health and safety checks, reporting bulk rubbish, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles to appropriate teams.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hazard-free environments during each visit.

• Record work and time using systems, photographing and referring repairs or health and safety issues to appropriate teams.

• Act as a point of contact to ensure good communication with all teams and departments, promoting a positive image.

• Report tenancy issues identified or suspected to the Housing Officer.

• Maintain internal areas of blocks, cleaning ledges, sills, handrails, balustrades, doors, and removing cobwebs from light fittings.
