Mobile Contact Tracer Full Time Temporary

Mobile Contact Tracer needed in Oldbury paying £10.01 per hr PAYE ref: 363283

This role is full time on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Visit the public in their homes and carry out the contact tracing process/deliver compliance letters as appropriate, following COVID-19 safety protocols
• Undertake initial interview of COVID-19 cases, undertake a public health risk assessment, identify contacts and provide public health advice
• Assess and escalate situations as appropriate.
• To promote social distancing and encourage public compliance with COVID-19 public health measures
• To liaise with the public, contact tracing team and team leaders to maintain effective working relationships.
• To ensure that standards of dress, behaviour and performance are maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Public Health Contact Tracing Team standard operating procedures. To educate and explain COVID-19 Secure guidelines in the public realm and where required to patrol the six towns supporting businesses and the general public to increase the understanding of COVID-19 public health measures.
• For this role, a basic DBS will be required and ideally you will have access to your own vehicle to travel around the borough
