MH Commissioner and S75 lead needed in Kingston £355.87 per day ref RQ598920

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

This role will involve:

• Developing and managing the Better Care Fund
• Reviewing & finalising our S75 fro 22/23
• Leading on D2A pathway development work
• Developing and delivering strategic commissioning solutions for integration
