Our client is looking for a MASH Coordinator. To assist with providing a consistent and centralised point, for responding to enquiries in a timely and efficient way.
They will deal effectively with enquiries across all channels, from members of the public, customer’s service users, internal departments and professionals from other Agencies. They will provide guidance and advice to all enquiries in a timely manner and demonstrate a clear understanding of the meaning of safeguarding and escalations where appropriate, as defined in relevant policy guidance.
