Maintenance surveyor needed in London £18.39ph ref 5182

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

You’ll be delivering a responsive, high quality and caring maintenance service to our customers using customer insight to maximise the customer experience. These properties will be both void and occupied. You’ll be responsible for surveying and managing general repairs and empty property works in partnership with contractors as directed. You’ll inspect properties to identify and recommend remedies for repair issues by pre-inspecting repairs, post inspecting after the work is complete and ensuring that our empty properties have the appropriate works completed to ensure they are ready to let to new customers. You’ll work across North London but you will have specific responsibility for a portfolio of properties within your area.
