Mailroom Assistant Full Time Temporary

Mailroom Assistant needed in Merton paying £10.94 per hr PAYE – Reference:5197156

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve: 

• Sorting and distribution of all incoming and internal mail for delivery to correct teams and sections, and for onward processing on the EDM System
• Collection and processing of all outgoing mail within defined SLA targets.
• Assist in the operation of all Post Room machinery and equipment to include;
  • Operation of the Franking machine
  • Operation of Auto –mailer
  • Operation of Inward mail processor
